These terms and conditions govern all travel arrangements made with Emnel Adventures.

Reservations & Booking Confirmation

​

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Emnel Adventures.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Pricing

​

All prices are based on current supplier, park, and airline rates at the time of quotation. While we make every effort to maintain these rates, they may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Government tax adjustments

  • Changes in national park or conservation fees

  • Airline fare revisions

  • Currency fluctuations

In the unlikely event that such changes occur before full payment is received, we will communicate with you promptly and transparently to discuss any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

Cancelation​

​

All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead traveller.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of our third-party suppliers, including lodges, airlines, and transport providers. These charges may increase as the departure date approaches.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they are in possession of all required and valid travel documents for the duration of their journey. These may include:

  • A passport with sufficient validity beyond the date of return

  • Relevant visas for all countries visited

  • Required vaccination certificates or health documentation

While we are happy to provide guidance and up-to-date information where possible, Emnel Adventures Africa cannot accept responsibility for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

 

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.

Insurance should cover:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical emergencies

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Personal belongings

Liability

​

Emnel Adventures Africa acts as an intermediary between our guests and a range of carefully selected third-party service providers, including lodges, airlines, and ground transport operators.

While we work only with trusted and reputable partners and take great care in planning and coordinating your journey, certain services are delivered by these independent providers. As such, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our direct control.

In the event of any disruption during your travels, we will always assist to the best of our ability in coordinating solutions and supporting you on the ground.

 

Force Majeure

Emnel Adventures Africa shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters and extreme weather conditions

  • Government actions or regulatory changes

  • Airline disruptions or transport strikes

  • Other unforeseen events that make travel unsafe or impractical

In such situations, we will always work closely with you and our partners to find the most suitable alternative arrangements and minimize any disruption to your journey wherever possible.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Emnel Adventures, the client acknowledges and accepts these booking terms and conditions.
