These terms and conditions govern all travel arrangements made with Emnel Adventures.

Reservations & Booking Confirmation

​

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Emnel Adventures.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Pricing

​

All prices are based on current rates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Government tax adjustments

  • National park fee changes

  • Airline fare changes

  • Currency fluctuations

Should any changes occur before full payment is received, Emnel Adventures Africa reserves the right to adjust the quoted price accordingly.

Cancelation​

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies, including lodges, airlines, and transport providers.

Travel Documents

​

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents including:

  • Passport with sufficient validity

  • Visas where required

  • Vaccination certificates where applicable

Emnel Adventures Africa cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

Travel Insurance

​

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Insurance should cover:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical emergencies

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Personal belongings

Liability

​

Emnel Adventures Africa acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers including lodges, airlines, and transport providers.

While we take great care in selecting our partners, we cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.

 

Force Majeure

​

Emnel Adventures Africa shall not be liable for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Political unrest

  • Airline disruptions

  • Weather conditions

 

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Emnel Adventures Africa, the client acknowledges and accepts these booking terms and conditions.
