Cancellation Policy
Emnel Adventures Africa
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Due to the strict cancellation policies imposed by lodges, camps, airlines, and other service providers, the following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellation Charges

More than 60 days prior to arrival
Deposit may be refunded less any non-refundable supplier costs. -
59 – 45 days prior to arrival
25% of the total safari cost will be charged. -
44 – 30 days prior to arrival
50% of the total safari cost will be charged. -
29 – 15 days prior to arrival
75% of the total safari cost will be charged. -
14 days or less prior to arrival
100% of the total safari cost will be charged.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed, including but not limited to:

Domestic or regional flights

Gorilla or chimpanzee permits

Special event or peak season lodge bookings

Certain ferry or charter reservations
These costs will be passed on to the client where applicable.
Refund Processing
Any applicable refunds will be processed once funds have been received from the respective service providers. Bank transfer charges and administrative fees may apply.
Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify confirmed bookings will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and supplier policies. Additional costs may apply.
No Show
Failure to arrive on the confirmed travel date will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be applicable.
Emnel Adventures Africa reserves the right to pass on any cancellation fees charged by third-party suppliers.
